Arizona Overuse Field Guide

The complete Arizona clinic list

Which clinic should you call? Choose a reachable office that will explain your soreness and treatment choices in plain words. The list below gives you names to consider. It can't decide which office fits your joint. The first phone call can tell you far more than a small difference in the order.

What to check before you call

Open the clinic link and confirm that you reached the intended office. Google reviews may tell you whether calls were returned and concerns were heard. They describe someone else's visit, though. They can't examine your knee, hip, shoulder, or bone.

Phone the front desk to learn who does the first exam. Say where it hurts, how long it has lasted, and whether a fall or sudden pull started it, then ask if that office often examines the same body area. Next, ask which treatment choices might be discussed.

A useful call leaves you knowing what happens next.

What to ask about your choices

A visit should begin with an exam of the sore joint. QC Kinetix uses medical providers for the staff members responsible for your exam and treatment. Regenerative treatment there means a clinic procedure performed without surgery, using material that may come from your own body. It isn't a pill or an exercise.

Have the examiner explain what seems sore and what else could cause it. I’d also ask what the treatment can and can't do. Find out whether rest, gentle movement, or other simple care still makes sense. A careful answer matters more than a quick promise.

Direct questions belong in a good visit.

What to bring to the first visit

Bring any old reports or images for the aching joint. Note when the ache first appeared and which motions bother it now. Add the care you tried before and the medicines you take. A few plain notes are enough.

Wear clothes that make the sore area easy to examine. If it feels safe, be ready to show the motion that hurts. Name the daily job you miss, such as walking, sleeping, or using stairs.
